Andrea M. Bell is a corporate transactional lawyer who concentrates in mergers and acquisitions. Andrea has prior experience advising strategic buyers, financial institutions, private equity clients, and property managers in mergers and acquisitions, insurance regulatory matters, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, Andrea worked in the New York office of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.  Andrea received a J.D. cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2022, where she was an executive editor of the New York University Law Review. Andrea received her B.A. in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University in 2016, where she was also captain of the ski and snowboard team.
