Brendan is a corporate transactional lawyer who concentrates his practice on advising financial sponsors, corporate borrowers, and mezzanine and other debt providers in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, mezzanine and other debt financings, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, Brendan worked in the New York office of Ice Miller LLP.

Brendan received his J.D. in 2019 from St. John’s University School of Law, where he also coached the men’s lacrosse team, and his B.A. in 2010 in American Studies from Yale, where he was captain of the men’s lacrosse team. 

Brendan lives in Norwalk, Connecticut with his fiancé, Andrea, and their dog, Dina.
