Caitlin is a corporate transactional lawyer with extensive experience advising financial sponsors, special situations funds, and strategic buyers in M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, carveouts, equity investments, debt financings, special situations, and distressed transactions. Caitlin also assists clients with a wide range of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, commercial contracts, employment matters, and executive compensation matters.

Caitlin received her J.D. in 2016 from Hofstra Law School, where she was a member of The Hofstra Law Review and an editor on the Hofstra Moot Court Board. She received her B.A. in Anthropology summa cum laude in 2013 from The City University of New York, Queens College.

Prior to joining Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, Caitlin was an associate in the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and a Vice President in Euclid Transactional, LLC’s underwriting group.

Caitlin lives in Stamford with her husband and two children.
