Jack is a corporate transactional lawyer who concentrates his practice on advising financial sponsors and strategic buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. Jack also has experience guiding both public and private clients in a broad array of corporate transactions, including distressed transactions, preferred investments and recapitalizations.
Jack received his J.D. magna cum laude from Boston College Law School in 2021, where he was a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review. He received his B.A. in Economics cum laude in 2018 from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was a member of the Men’s NCAA Ice Hockey team.
Prior to joining Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC, Jack was an associate in the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
Jack lives in Stamford with his wife and child.
